1. How long does it take to receive account information?

It’s almost instant! Once your payment is processed, the account details will be sent to your email. You can log in and start gaming right away.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian to use this website. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.


2. Nature of the Service

DotaAccounts.com is a marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of Dota 2 accounts. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam in any way. You use this website at your own risk, and you understand that Valve’s Terms of Service may prohibit the sale of accounts.


3. Account Ownership Transfer

Upon purchasing an account:

  • The seller agrees to transfer all access credentials (email, password, recovery methods) to the buyer.

  • The buyer is responsible for changing all information immediately after the purchase.

  • DotaAccounts.com is not liable for accounts recovered or lost due to negligence, misuse, or fraud.


4. Refund Policy/Exchange/Store Credit

All sales made are liable to some rules. If a customer is unsatisfied with the seller's account or some information is mismatched as listed on the website, the customer is liable to take a refund or take another account. However, in certain cases, sales are final and cannot be refunded. Please refer below to see the cases which are completely final.

1) Account banning due to the customer: If an account is banned due to the customer's location activities and SSFN files, Dota Vault are not liable to issue a refund. Along with this, if the customer adds funds to the accounts, the account will not be refunded/taken back or switched (which is the general rule on all of the internet)

2) Selling accounts with first emails: Some accounts are sold with the first email after entering an agreement with the customer and signing a legal document. Such accounts cannot be resold/refunded/switched.

3) Accounts which have been played on: If the customer has played any games on the account, the account will not be switched/refunded/resold.

4) Any change of data (first email/store region/owner's permissions): If the sold account has had it's vital information changed which switches the process of retrieval and main ownership, the account cannot be refunded/resold/switched.


5. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree:

  • Not to scam, deceive, or impersonate others.

  • Not to list stolen or unverified accounts.

  • To provide accurate information when buying or selling.

Accounts found to be fraudulently listed will be permanently removed, and the user may be banned.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, we will attempt to mediate. However, we are not obligated to intervene, and our decisions in such matters are final.


9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, and content on DotaAccounts.com are our property. Dota 2 and all related assets belong to Valve Corporation.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site means you accept any revised terms.
